This is a super easy weeknight dessert made from scratch and cooked in your microwave. A made from scratch dessert doesn't get any easier than this!

You will need

5 tbsp Baking Mix 1 ½ tbsp Coconut Sugar 1 tbsp Melted or Soft Butter 3 tbsp Milk ¼ tsp Vanilla 1 tsp Peanut Butter 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients well in a mug at least 12 oz. in size. (It doesn't look like much when you have it in there, but it rises and almost doubles in size when cooked!) Microwave on high 1-1:30 minutes until dough is firm in the middle.
