Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Peanut butter energy balls with ground almonds, oats, cranberries, maple syrup and chocolate chips!

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 150 g Peanut Butter
  • 50 g Ground Almonds
  • 50 g Dried Cranberries
  • 50 g Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 50 g Oats

Steps (4 steps, 10 minutes)

    Pop the peanut butter in a bowl and add the dried cranberries and chocolate chips.

    Add the ground almonds and oats.

  3. 3

    Mix together and add a little maple syrup if the mixture is not sweet enough.

    Roll into balls and refridgerate for a few hours before serving!
