Peanut Butter Cookies

Bake a batch of peanut butter cookies with Prasad

You Will Need (9 things)

  • 4 cup Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free All Purpose Flour * (or substitute whole wheat pastry or spelt flour if gluten free baking is not a concern)
  • 1 ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Agave
  • ⅗ cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla

Steps (3 steps, 45 minutes)

    Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, agave, melted coconut oil and vanilla in small bowl.

    In separate bowl whisk together flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until just combined. Portion out into cookie size scoops, press fork into cookies to make a criss-cross pattern. Bake at 350º F for 11 to 12 minutes, until fully set and to the point where the cookies just begin to golden.
