These are soft, sweet & tasty. They are really easy to make. You can half the recipe very easily.

You will need

1 cup Butter Melted 2 x 1/3 cup Peanut Butter 2 Eggs 2 tsp Vanilla 1 cup Demerera Sugar 1 cup Muscovado Sugar 2 cup Flour 2 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

1. 

   Combine butter, eggs, sugars, peanut butter & vanilla.

2. 

   Beat to combine & remove lumps.

3. 

   Add the flour

4. 

   Combine. Don't over beat the mixture.

5. 

   Add the chocolate chips. Combine.

6. 

   Pour into tray. Bake at 160 for approx 30 mins or until cooked through.

7. 

   Let cool & cut into squares.

8. Serve.
