I've dubbed these "Peanut Butter Blossom" cupcakes because the flavor reminds us of the peanut butter cookies with chocolate kisses on top (of the same name). Peanut butter cupcakes with a twist of chocolate and peanut butter frostings (2 parts vanilla frosting to 1 part peanut butter).
