Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

These are usually made with Hersheys kisses but I used Cadburys dairy milk chocolates. I am sure you can use whatever chocolate you like.

You will need

Chocolate kisses or whatever chocolate you want ½ cup Sugar 1 x Egg(s) ½ cup Peanut Butter 1 tsp Vanilla 2 tbsp Milk Additional Sugar for rolling the dough balls in 1 ¾ cup Self-Raising Flour ½ cup Brown Sugar ½ cup Butter (softened)

Instructions

1. Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, butter, peanut butter, egg, and milk blend with beaters or wooden spoon.

2. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes. ( I skipped this step because I wanted a batch right away)

3. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll around in sugar. Place balls 2 inches apart on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 180 Celsius/ 350 Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.

4. While they are cooking prepare your chocolates and have them ready. As soon as you remove the cookies from the oven press a chocolate in the middle of each one. Allow to cool.
