Peanut Butter Balls

You will need

Wax Paper 1 cup Corn Syrup 6 cup Special K Cereal 1 cup Granulated Sugar Granulated Sugar Non Stick Cooking Spray

A family favorite. Use creamy peanut butter.

Instructions

1. 

   Combine 1.25cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup corn syrup in a pot. Stir and heat until smooth and runny. Pour 6 cups of original Special K cereal into pot and stir. Once the peanut butter is evenly distributed, turn off heat.

2. 

   Pour mixture onto wax paper and spray your hands with cooking spray. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Grab small handfuls of mixture and roll them into balls in your greased palms. Store in fridge.
