Peanut Butter & Pretzel Brownies

Sweet & salty peanut butter and pretzel brownies.

I love peanut butter so I went nuts (excuse the pun) and used a whole jar of it for this recipe

You will need

300 g Chunky Peanut Butter 75 g Unsalted Butter 100 g Light Brown Sugar 100 g Flour 50 g Cocoa Handful of salted Pretzels 3 Eggs

I love peanut butter so I went nuts (excuse the pun) and used a whole jar of it for this recipe

Instructions

1. 

   Whisk together the butter, half of the peanut butter, sugar and eggs.

2. 

   Whisk in the flour and cocoa.

3. 

   Mix in a handful of pretzels.

4. 

   Spoon your batter into a greased baking tray and then place the remaining peanut butter on top, spreading in into the brownie mix and creating a marbles look on top.

5. 

   Bake in an oven at 200'c for 18 minutes and leave to cool. Cut into squares and enjoy!
