This is a great, tasty ice cream. It can be made with home made or shop bought peanut brittle. Check out my other posts for a 5 min brittle recipe.

You will need

2 cup Heavy Cream 14 oz Condenced Milk 1 tsp Vanilla 1 Peanut Brittle

Description

This is a great, tasty ice cream. It can be made with home made or shop bought peanut brittle. Check out my other posts for a 5 min brittle recipe.

Instructions

1. 

   Whip the cream & vanilla to soft peaks.

2. 

   Beat in condensed milk & stir til uniform colour.

3. 

   Smash peanut brittle into powder/small chunks.

4. 

   Fold in smashed brittle to the cream mixture.

5. 

   Transfer to freezer container.

6. 

   Freeze for 5 hours or overnight.

7. 

   Serve.
