I love cat eyeliner so I decided to take my own personal spin on it. That and I think peacock feathers are so beautiful.

You Will Need (7 things)

  • Light Green Eyeliner
  • Teal Eyeliner
  • Eyeliner Brush
  • Dark Blue Eyeliner
  • Black Eyeliner
  • Medium Blue Eyeliner Or Eyeshadow
  • Brown Eyeliner

Steps (9 steps, 20 minutes)

  1. 1

Line your eye near your top lashes with teal eyeliner.

  2. 2

Starting at the corner of your eye, draw two sets of lines at an angle. One set going up, the other set going down.

  3. 3

Take your light green eyeliner and make an open circle using the inner set of lines as a base.

  4. 4

Inside the light green circle, fill it will brown eyeliner.

  5. 5

Create a circle inside the brown area, closest to the outer corner of the eye with medium blue eyeliner/shadow. If you use shadow (which I did) use an eyeliner brush to make the circle.

  6. 6

Create something resembling a lilly pad inside the medium blue, farthest away from the outer corner of the eye, using a dark blue eyeliner. I used a midnight blue.

  7. 7

Create lines going outward all around the circle with the teal eyeliner.

  8. 8

Optional: To make the lines surrounding the circle darker, you can use black eyeliner to make mores lines. You can have less or more black lines. It is just supposed to make the feather a little darker. I think it looks better when there is more black, but that is just my opinion.

  9. 9

Go over the eyeliners to make sure they are dark enough.
