You Will Need (4 things)

  • 1 yd Print Fabric
  • 1 yd plain Fabric
  • 1 yd Fusible Pellon Interfacing
  • 1 Velcro square

Steps (9 steps, 90 minutes)

  1. 1

Cut out two pieces of 9 x 7 fabric. I chose to do one that is a peace sign print and the other is just a plain brown.

    Then cut out a 9 x 2 3/4 of the main fabric (peace sign) and a 9 x 3 3/4 of the lining (brown).

p.s. ignore the fact that my bigger piece (9 x 3 3/4) is peace pattern, it was a mistake, make sure that piece isn't the main fabric

  2. 2

Iron on pellon to all pieces.

    Leave room for seams.

  3. 3

Next sew the two main pieces together right sides in.

Leaving a small opening sew (lol) you can flip it right side out.

Then sew around the edge so the fabric lays flat.

  4. 4

Do the same to the wallet slots

Make sure to push in the rough edges before you sew the slots flat.

  5. 5

Sew the velcro pieces onto the smaller wallet slot, with in the sewn seams.

  6. 6

Next iron your larger piece in half so that there is a crease and the print fabric is on top.

  7. 7

Once your piece is ironed sew on the larger wallet slot slightly higher than the crease.

Then sew the smaller one with the Velcro on top of that.

  8. 8

Find the half way mark and while the wallet is still laying flat, sew down that mark on the side that has the slots

  9. 9

Fold the wallet in half at the crease and sew down the short sides.

    and
