I wanted to make these for a long time.

Instructions

1. 

   Get your piece of felt,and trace a small round item on it.I used a candle holder.

2. 

   cut the circle out.

3. 

   Draw the paw on a piece of paper,cut it out and trace it on the felt.Or you can free-hand it.

4. 

   Embroider it.

5. 

   I embroidered around the felt too.Now you just need to find a chain or a piece of leather and its done.
