Made with the basic "No Sew Tutu" idea. Really simple to make. The most time consuming part of this project is preparing the tulle (cutting it to the appropriate lengths). Fun to make!

You will need

3 yd Tulle in each color (red, white, blue) Scissors 1/8" wide Ribbon in red, white, and blue 1 yd Glitter Tulle in each color (red, white, blue)
