Patatas being Spanish for potatoes and Bravas being the type of sauce that it is served as.

Patatas being Spanish for potatoes and Bravas being the type of sauce that it is served as.
Clean and peal two potatoes, chop them in to 1" cubes.
Add a few drops of oil to a frying pan and saute the onion and garlic until soft.
Remove from the heat and add the thyme, Tabasco sauce and paprika.
Place in a bowl and mix in the mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.
Pour the remaining oil in to the frying pan and fry the potatoes until soft and golden.
Drain the potatoes, mix in with the sauce and serve hot.
