Awesome Pacman - Geek - Decorations. ps. 48 hours because it has to dry over night, also since there is more than one it took me longer.

Instructions

1. 

   Cut out a template of your pacman and ghosts.

2. 

   Use magazines and tape to create a border. Make sure it's thick enough to stand on it's own.

3. 

   fill with magazines to create the model.

4. 

   Use strips of newspapers dipped in a mixture paste of flour and water and stick them on to the model. Leave to dry over night. If the ghosts still do not manage to stand on their own (like two of mine) use poly filler clay as a base (it can easily be painted over).

5. 

   Outline the pixelated eyes and paint the body.

6. 

   Then the white and black for the eyes. I later used a sharpie to outline the eyes and get them perfectly pixelated (as well as to hide some mistakes).

7. 

   Voila!
