I am always looking for crafts that cost close to nothing. This took me about 3 hours over a course of 3 days. I would fold the paper to the width i wanted and spiral the paper about an inch each time to allow it to dry and reinforcing it with rubber bands. remembering to take off the rubber bands before starting again. Also gluing as i would go.
