Step 1
Rip the inseam stitch out
Step 2
Fold pants in half, allow seams to settle as they will. mark a line from the bottom of the zipper to the outer edge of the pants (this gets rid of the crotch seam nicely)
Step 3
Stitch along the line you marked. Rinse and repeat for the back.
Trim down excess material and call it DONE!
