Sometimes the first one you cook Sticks and needs throwing away. If this happens to you then do not worry. Also, I want to add somthing on this site, and this is the best thing lol. The main point of this (Whether you know how to make pancakes or not) is to show you different flavors you can use ! :)

Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Make a hole in the middle of the flour and crack the egg into that hole.
Tip a small amount of the milk ( About a third)on to the egg. Mix together slowly in circular movments, getting bigger and adding more milk.
Gradually mix the rest of the milk in with the flour, salt and egg.
Mix furiously until there are no bits left.
Add some butter to the frying pan and put on a medium heat.
when the butter starts melting add a few tablespoons of the batter.
Quickly swirl it around so it covers the bottom of the pan.
Cook for about a minute or until you think the bottom is brown and the batter is not sticking to the pan.
If you are up to it then flip the pancake and skip the next step.
My way of flipping the pancake (Safley) is by sliding it onto a plate. I lift the plate up And quickly flip it, and so does the pancake and it falls on to the pan the other way. :)
Cook until that side is brown.
Take off the heat. TADA! Fill It with whatever you want.
