I tested Jacquard's Lumiere Paint in Pearlescent Blue. I never liked the color of my shoes so this was the perfect time to paint them in my favorite color. The pictures don't show how pretty and shiny the blue actually is but believe me, they look way better in person.

First, get some old magazines or newspaper to work on so it doesn't make a mess. Then take off the shoelaces and clean your shoes.
Start painting the parts that you want. You can use tape so that you get nice straight lines. I didn't use any so it was a little off. The paint is thick but it spreads pretty good and only a little is needed.
The instructions say to let the fabric part dry for 24 hours but they were dry within minutes. I left them for 24 hours anyway. After letting them dry, iron them for 30 seconds to seal the paint. And that's it, they're finished!!
