I really liked these cookies. I didn't do much. I bought pre-made sugar cookie dough, flatted it out and made the Pac-Man shapes. The reason I put the difficulty at so-so is because I made the royal icing myself and I had a really hard time doing so. Here is where I got the how-to so you can make these cuties too:
