These are easy to make.
You have to leave the dough in the fridge for at least 12 hrs.
You will need to add more flour after the rise.

You Will Need (11 things)
- 575 g Plain Flour
- 2 tsp Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 200 ml Milk Warmed
- 170 g Butter Melted
- 4 Egg(s) Room temp
- 80 g Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla

Glaze
- Icing Sugar
- Water
Steps (7 steps, 840 minutes)

Mix together flour yeast & salt.

Mix together milk, butter, eggs, honey & vanilla.

Mix together wet & dry until Just combined.
Cover with cling film.
Leave to rise for 3 hrs.

Once risen to double size, put in the fridge for 12 hrs or overnight.
Roll dough out to 1/4 inch thick.
Cut out doughnuts, place on tray.

Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick. Add more flour to make it less sticky.
Cut out the doughnuts.
Place on a tray & cover.
Leave to rise for 20-30 mins.

Heat oven 190 degrees.
Brush the doughnuts with melted butter.
Bake for 15 mins

Dip the doughnuts in glaze.
