Over The Jeans Grungy Skirt

For my niece who doesn't really care for 'girly' attire. Very easy to do. Gather top of skirt with basting stitches and attach to waist. You can use elastic or buttons. Hem the bottom. Removable rosette. The red one will be replaced with a blueish black one.
