This is super easy to make.

All you need to do is prepare it the night before & you are set the next morning for a healthy filling breakfast.

This recipe can be adapted to any filling you like.

You can add yoghourt instead of milk.

Just mix and match to your preference.

You Will Need (4 things)

  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Fruit
  • 1 cup Milk

Steps (4 steps, 20 minutes)

    Measure all ingredients.

    Cut fruit & add to the container.

    Add honey.

  3. 3

    Add the milk.

    Place all ingredients in an airtight container.

  4. 4

    Seal up the container & place in fridge overnight or for atleast 3 hours.
