sometimes i decide i like marshmellows, like they are when still hot from the bonfire, soft, gooey and sweet inside, crispy and caramelized outside...yummm...stupid enough, i often get this need when there's no handy bonfire around. so i thought, if you can bake 'em in a bonfire, how about in an oven? but then how could i keep them together and not let them just melt and spill trough the entire oven...in a cupcake wrapper! these are crunchy and crispy on the outsides, and wonderfully gooey and sweet inside. they swell up when baked, too and then they look like cute little soufflés<3you can change them by adding for example chocolat, nuts, sugar(on top?) before baking. try to make different ones, otherwise they might get boring...and that's no good. warning: i think they look great when done, but my friends and brother thinks they look gross. crazy people-.-' have fun!

in the add part i couldn't add everything...so for 1 serving you need: *1 oven(i used a hot air oven), pre-heat it to 200 degrees celcius *4 marshmellows(them white thingies in the picture), size: 3 x 2 x 2.5 cm. these have to be those thingies you melt above like, a bonfire or something *1 cupcake cup(that purple thingie on the picture) for about 3-4 marshmelows. i put in 4 in 1 cup. these cupc can be reusable, plastic, metal(but you cant get them out like cupcakes!) *1 spoon to eat the gooey bit
stuff the marshmellows in the cup. do not fill the cup up to the edges-it'll overflow. and then your oven becomes all icky and your kitchen will probably smell like burnt sugar. <--like that if you want to add anything, now is probably the best time.
bake it for 5-10 minutes, until it's nice and golden brown and caramelized on top, and puffed up. it should look like this... <---like the picture now, take your spoon...and eat it. it cools of fast, and becomes all chewy but still nice and tasty. in my case all edges go crispy, even those insinde the cup. you can eat it with your hands, but its real sticky so you'll allways have to lick your fingers clean after making and eating these. have a nice snack! suzi
