Oven Baked Sweet Potato Chips

Yummy and crunchy but still fairly healthy.... kind of haha!
Just try to eat them sooner rather than later because they may get a bit soggy if you cut them to thick.

You Will Need (3 things)
- Sweet Potato
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
Steps (5 steps, 30 minutes)

Preheat your oven to 190°C.
Peal your sweet potato.

Cut into thin slices.

Line a tray with baking paper.
Brush a thin layer of extra virgin olive oil onto the chips. -

Put them in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Remove excess oil with paper towels and eat while warm (when they cool some of them will loose their crunch)
