These brownies originate from Lorraine Pascals recipe, but i have slightly changed some ingredients and the method so that its a little easier and tastes better. I find it tastes better being left in the tin after night. the photos are not that good as i took them in the evening. i hope that they taste scrumptious ;)

Pre-heat the overn at 180°C (350°F), Gas Mark 6, grease a 20cm baking tin (or similar) with butter, and then line with grease proof paper.
Melt the butter on medium heat, and remove once melted.
Add the grated/chopped chocolate (i did a mixture of both and then heated it till the micture had melted). Stand for a few minutes, and then stir.
Whisk the eggs, egg yoks and vanilla untill the egg mix is fluffy and frothy.
Add the sugar a table spoon at a time, stirring in between each addition. Then add the chocolate mix in when done.
Add the flour, coco powder, salt and a third of the biscuits (or more/less if you wish). Fold together, mixing if needed.
Pour the mixture into the tin and scatter with the left over oreos. Bake for 25-30 minutes till gooey and if you spear it, it comes out clean. cool in the tin
Dust with icing sugar, cut into squares, and enjoy!
