What a lovely and no common apple cake. Rustically taste and great combination of its ingredients make this cake not too sweet yet refreshingly tasteful . The appearance is to go with a feeling going on a walk trough apple orchard on a sunny autumn day, garbing one apple from a tree!

Description

What a lovely and no common apple cake. Rustically taste and great combination of its ingredients make this cake not too sweet yet refreshingly tasteful . The appearance is to go with a feeling going on a walk trough apple orchard on a sunny autumn day, garbing one apple from a tree!

Instructions

  1. Crust: For 1 crust: Beat 3 whole eggs with 60 g of brown sugar. Melt 1 tablespoon of coconut butter. Add warm butter to eggs. Weigh 50 g of wholewheat flour, coconut flour, ground biscuits and ground walnuts; a little cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Peel and grate two apples, then sprinkle them a little with lemon juice and roll them in dry ingredients. Stir everything into the egg mixture. Bake the crust in a floured pan until golden brown. Repeat four times to get four crusts.

  2. Filling: Cook two vanilla puddings with 800 ml of milk (sugar to your own liking). Melt 100 g of white chocolate with tablespoon of coconut butter and add to pudding. Add 200 g of roasted chopped walnuts too.

  3. Note: Arrange the crust and filling alternately. And then "paint" your autumn dream, or not, because we are here for you.
