You Will Need (3 things)
- 1 Small Banana(s)
- 1 cup Frozen Vanilla Yoghurt (Low Fat)
- 3/4 cup Orange Juice
Steps (3 steps, 5 minutes)

Measure 1 cup of Vanilla Frozen Yogurt and put into blender.

Add in 1 small banana or half of a large one.

Pour 3/4 cups of Orange juice.
Blend and enjoy.
