You Will Need (8 things)
- Chinese takeout Container
- Onesie
- Ribbons
- Decorative Paper
- Scissors
- Tape

Steps (11 steps, 120 minutes)

1
Gather all of your supplies. You will need:
- Onesie. Newborn or 3 months fit the best
- Mini Chinese takeout container
- Patterned paper
- Printable fortunes
- Ribbon
- Scissors, tape, hot glue, pencil -
2
First, roll the onesie to fit inside the takeout container. Fold the onesie into thirds and tightly roll it up. It should fit perfectly in the takeout box.
-
3
Place the onesie inside the takeout box.
-
4
Decorate the takeout container with ribbon. Tape one end of the ribbon to the back of the box and tightly wrap it around the container and tape in place. I chose to tape the ribbon to the back of the container rather than the bottom so the box would sit level. I added a ribbon bow to the front of the container.

5
To make the fortune cookie, start by cutting a circle out of decorative paper.
-
6
Lightly fold the circle in half and then pinch the ends together. I had to lift the top layer of my half-circle over the bottom in the back to keep it from buckling.
-
7
Add a dot of hot glue to keep the fortune cookie together in the center.
-

Add a fun fortune! You can create your own or download a free printable from my blog. I wrote fortunes that would be appropriate for an expecting mother. I also customized the "lucky numbers" usually found on the bottom of a fortune with the expectant mother's due date.

9
Attach the fortune cookie to the top of the takeout box with a dot of hot glue or tape. Fold the fortune and slide it inside the fortune cookie.
-
10
You can add embellishments to the top of the takeout container like charms or bows.
