These tutus were made to fit a child size, however I have made all sizes I will post pics once I have another made. I will eventually post a how-to once I figure out this site better ;). Also I do sale tutus as well for any shape or size.

6 in In Wide Rolled Tulle any color you want Button , Jems, Ribbons,Whatever You Like. No Roll Elastic
