Good for eating with your favourite flavoured oil.

You Will Need (7 things)

  • 225 g Self-Raising Flour
  • 6 fl oz or 170 ml Greek Yogurt
  • 3 eggs Room temp
  • 6 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup or 150 g Olives
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps (6 steps, 45 minutes)

    Heat oven 350/180 degrees.

    Whisk eggs until pale & creamy.

    Add salt, pepper, olive oil, yogurt.

    Stir through.

    Fold in flour.

    Fold in olives.

  5. 5

    pour into a tin.

    Bake for 35 mins.

    Cut & serve.
