You Will Need (7 things)
- 225 g Self-Raising Flour
- 6 fl oz or 170 ml Greek Yogurt
- 3 eggs Room temp
- 6 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup or 150 g Olives
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps (6 steps, 45 minutes)

Heat oven 350/180 degrees.
Whisk eggs until pale & creamy.

Add salt, pepper, olive oil, yogurt.
Stir through.

Fold in flour.

Fold in olives.

pour into a tin.
Bake for 35 mins.

Cut & serve.
