Ch 90 (or your desired length), ch 3 (st ch), hdtr (US htr) in 4th ch from hook and every ch along to end. Turn.
ss into top of first st, ch 3 (st ch), hdtr (US htr) in next and every stitch across. Repeat this row until you reach your desired width. I made 16 rows.
Join using ss along short ends. Fasten off yarn and weave in ends. Done. Easy peasy.
