These are delicious. They are soft & moist.

You will need

115 g Butter 80 g Brown Sugar 50 g Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla 1 Egg 105 g Plain Flour 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1 tsp Cinnamon 110 g Oats 120 g Raisins

These are delicious. They are soft & moist.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat the oven 180 degrees Mix the sugars & butter together until light & creamy. Add egg & vanilla.

2. 

   Add the flour, Bicarb & cinnamon. Mix together.

3. 

   Add the oats & raisins & fold through.

4. 

   Spoon the mixture into balls. Place on to a tray.

5. 

   Place in the oven for 10 mins.

6. 

   When cooked remove from oven & leave sitting on tray to cool.
