I had a not very attractive notebook and plenty of free time so I decided to make this project. I hope you like it! If your notebook doesn't dry fast enough (or you just don't have enough patience), you could use a hair dryer to dry it.
I had a not very attractive notebook and plenty of free time so I decided to make this project. I hope you like it! If your notebook doesn't dry fast enough (or you just don't have enough patience), you could use a hair dryer to dry it.
Paint the notebook, if you use thin paper as I did. Otherwise you may see the old design through the cover. After that let it dry. Repeat this step as often as needed.
Cut two pieces of paper. They should have the size of one of your notebook pages + a few centimetres.
Paint the cover and backside of your notebook with paste and glue the pieces of paper onto it. Add another layer of paste. Be careful when you do that, because you could possibly smudge the colours of your paper.
When it has dried, fold the rest of paper to the inside (Cut a little off, if necessary.) Glue the inside and the paper with the paste together and let it dry. And you're done!
