If ANYONE wants a how-to on this, message or comment and I'll get to writing one up! This was a super simple project that doesn't take long and helps to relieve stress. Made for a friend who likes the University of Miami Hurricanes(UM) I personally do not condone the fanship of UM since I am a fan of the rival team, the University of Florida Gators (UF)

Gather your supplies. •Embroidery floss •Polyfil •Craft felt or felt in general •Circle stencils (paper or multicircle template/stencil like the green one in the photo) •Sharpie or other drawing utensil, or pins if you prefer not to make marks •Needle/s
•Cut a circle about 5 ½ inches or 14 cenimeters in diameter. Use a template for this if you have one. •OPTIONAL: You can stich a pattern or letters onto the center or this peice in general if you want to with a embroidery floss color of your choice.
•Begin to stich around the edges, don't worry too much about spacing or making it totally neat. This edge will not be seen in the end. •Once you have stiched all around your circle leave your needle and thread attached and don't tie or not at this point.
•Gently tug at the embroidery floss to create a loose bowl shape as seen in the picture to the left.
•Gather a very full handful of polyfil. •NOTE: The more polyfil you use the more tension you'll feel when you squeeze your No Stress Stress Ball and it'll also be harder shove into the 'bowl' structure of felt.
•Place the polyfil into your felt 'bowl.' •Hold in place with one hand.
•Tug at the end of your embroidery floss to pull tight around the polyfil with your free hand. •Hold the floss tight and push the rest of the polyfil that is peaking out the top down into the ball.
•While keeping it very taut take your needle and secure the area where the felt meets. Make a surgeon knots here if able. •Cut excess floss off.
•Create or use another circle or whatever shape you chose for the top, it should be about 2 ¼ inches or 5 ½ cenimeters in diameter or width/height. •Cut out and place ontop of the ball. •OPTIONAL: You can stich a pattern or letters onto this top peice if you want to.
•Begin to stich your top onto the ball with more embroidery floss of your choice. •Finish it off with a tidy knot. •Be neat, this is part of the visual part of the ball.
•Finish off your stress ball by testing it out! Enjoy!
