I made a three layer tutu. the middle layer is light pink, that was the main ribbon. then i made a hot pink on top and the white as the bottom layer. all on separate ribbons. i tied all the ribbons together at the end and about 10 times in between. it took about an hour for each layer after i got the hang of it. i worked on it 3 nights in a row. i haven't seen any tutorials for multiple layer tutus, i might make one. her tutorial helped a lot when i went out to buy my tulle :) joann's is a great place to buy tulle when it's on sale! i bought 40yards of tulle for 3 tutus and the employees were very helpful. the tulle was all 40% off and they signed me up for monthly texts which got me an additional 20%. i used a matte net for the white tulle and the rest is shiny tulle. affordable and fun! I'm using this one for a spirit day at school, i'll upload my blue one when i am done :)
