You Will Need (6 things)
- 24 Sheets of 12 Scrapbook Paper in desired colors
- Hole Punch
- Tape
- White Sewing Thread
- Scissors
- 1 .75 inch circle Punch
Steps (7 steps, 180 minutes)

1
Gather your supplies to create your photo booth backdrop.

Using the assortment of scrapbook paper and the 1.75 inch circle punch, punch out as many circles as your heart desires. You will need many circles (more than what you think). I used 6 full sheets of each color. This will create 8 garlands that measure 7 1/2 feet in length.

Using your hole punch, create two small holes on each circle. You can also hole punch 3-4 circles at once to save time.
-
4
Using your scissors, cut an 8 foot section of your white sewing thread. Weave your circles onto the thread using the circles you just created. This is where you will also want to create your color pattern when placing the circles on the thread.
-
5
Slide the the colorful circles down to the end of the thread. Make sure to leave at least 3-4 inches of thread at the end so that you can hang the garland on the wall. Place a piece of tape on the first four circles to secure the thread to the circle.

6
Continue the process of weaving your paper circles and continuously (and carefully) slide your circles down the thread. Make sure there are not any spaces between the circles for the desired look pictured.
-
7
Once the circles have filled the thread with 3-4 inches left over on each end, place a piece of tape over the thread on the last four circles just like you did on the first four. Your garland is now complete! Repeat the process with the additional garlands.
