Instructions

  1. Small dsc04331 1318283516

Measure the piece of furniture where you'll put the cover on. I'll be using this storage thingy where i keep my sneakers. My cover will measure 32x70cm so i drew that over my fabric.

  2. Small dsc04335 1318283750

Iron the fabric through the lines you drew so that you have a nice and clean fold.

  3. Small dsc04336 1318283816

    Cut the excess of fabric.

  4. Small dsc04340 1318283896

Cut a little triangle on each corner so that when you glue everything there's not an excess of fabric there.

  5. Small dsc04342 1318283958

Glue everything! If your fabric isn't very thick make sure you don't add too much glue.

  6. Small dsc04344 1318284078

After folding everything leave it to dry.

  7. Small dsc04345 1318284133

Cut a piece of paper of the exact meaure as one of the sides (mine was of 32cm). Fold it a couple of times till you have the number of decorations you want.

  8. Small dsc04347 1318284364

Mark the folds of the paper on the fabric so that you know where to sew the decorations later.

  9. Small dsc04348 1318284451

This is what we'll need to make the decorations on the cover.

  10. Small dsc04349 1318284570

Introduce the head pin into the bead and make a loop by helping you with the pliers. I'm no expert in doing this so i'm no good for explaining it but here you a video that makes it really easy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYlYQL49WNQ.

  11. Small dsc04350 1318284712

Open one of the jump rings (here if you need tips: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpcdZbglJAg), pass the loop inside od it and close.

  12. Small dsc04352 1318284884

Repeat the previous steps till to have all the beads ready to sew.

  13. Small dsc04354 1318284929

I said that this was "no-sew" but since this is so simple i don't think it really counts as sewing lol. Ok, so just sew the jump ring to the fabric exactly where you did one of the marks.

  14. Small dsc04358 1318285015

If you want, glue the back of the stitches so that they won't come off so easily. Let the glue dry.

    And you're ready!
