Who doesn’t love a quick and simple sweet? These take only 15 minutes to prepare but are absolutely delicious as a dessert or just a snack with your coffee/tea.

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 150 g Salted Butter
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coffee
  • 150 g Rolled Oats
  • 50 g Shredded Coconut

Steps (2 steps, 20 minutes)

    Cream the butter with sugar. Add cocoa powder and coffee. Mix well. Fold in oats.

    Roll the dough in small balls, about 3 cm in diameter. Roll the balls in coconut shreds until all sides are covered evenly.
