Ninjabread Men And Gingerbread Pacmen

My friend bought me some cookie cutters for my birthday recently. I'm a huge geek, so she got Pacman cutters. And I'm a big Ninja fan, so she got me Ninjabread men!
A challenge was afoot...

Here are my efforts. I'm pleased with them.
Also here is the recipe I used:

INGREDIENTS
350g self raising flour
175g light brown sugar
100g butter
4 table spoons toffee sauce (it should be golden syrup, but I didn't have any and this worked really well!)
4 teaspoons ground ginger
1 egg

1- Preheat the oven to 190 dec C/ gas mark 5
2- Seive the flour and ginger, and rub in the butter
3- Add the sugar, egg and syrup. It should be a stiff mixture now
4- Roll it out and go crazy with your cutters!
5- Bake for ten minutes
6- Leave to cool (important!)
7- Decorate
8- Eat!
