- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Small Shallot
- ¼ tbsp Chopped Rosemary
- ¼ tbsp Chopped Parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- 4 oz Baby Arugula
- 2 oz blanched Haricot Vert
- 2 oz Boiled fingerling Potato cut in 4
- 3 Baby Tomatoes halved
- ½ oz Capers
- 5 -6 Kalamata Olives
- 2 -3 cloves roasted Garlic
- 1 Soft boiled Egg
