Rubbish is all around us - plastic, food, metal, paper. We throw away so many things. However some of them can be transformed in beautiful pieces of art. You don't have to be artist, what you need is imagination and some useful junk. From one plastic bottle you can create several bracelets using this guide. Recently I used the services of a rubbish removal company and had a conversation with the team members about recycling. (I want to give them the credit for this project). I love jewelry and I'm really happy that I combined both things together. Similar methods can be used to transform plastic junk in earrings or metal pieces in rings or home decoration. Reduce, reuse, recycle!

Collect all needed materials and tools
Put a tape on the plastic bottle to mark the width of the bracelet
Cut the bottle following the tape line (both sides)
Remove the tape from the transparent plastic ring
It's time for the iron - remove the steam and put on medium temperature
Use the iron to form the edges of the bracelet
From the heat the plastic will turn nicely and will form beautiful round edges
Use the nail polish to give your bracelet a colour. Paint the inner side. If you would like to add decorative elements (like flowers) draw them first and then put the background colour
It's done. Enjoy your new bracelet!
