This cake is soft & crunchy at the same time.
It is quite dry so you need to eat it with tea, coffee or a big glass of milk.

You Will Need (14 things)

Cake
- 1 1/2 cup Plain Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Vanilla

Topping
- 2 1/2 cup Plain Flour
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Butter Melted & cooled
Steps (9 steps, 60 minutes)

Heat oven 180 degrees.
For Cake...
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder & salt together.

Mix egg, milk, oil & vanilla together.

Mix wet & dry ingredients together to make a batter.

Pour into a pan.
Set aside for now.

Topping...
Mix together the flour, sugar & cinnamon

Mix in the butter using a spoon until just combined.

Sprinkle the top over the batter.

Bake for 30-35 min until cooked through.

Allow to cool.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
