Do you have a lot of half burnt candles around your house? What about candles that you can no longer light because the wick seeped into the wax and its all dried up?
Well here are step by step directions on how to make new candles out of your old dingy ones!

You Will Need (4 things)
- Candle Wick
- Candle Holder
- Candle
- Toothpicks 4 per candle
Steps (9 steps, 60 minutes)

1
Gather together all of your old unwanted candles. As you can see here I have some old scentsy wax and an old candle that I can no longer use.

2
You will want new candle wicks. You can purchase these at any craft store. I personally buy mine on amazon because you get a lot more bulk for your buck.

3
You will want something to hold the wick in place while the wax is drying.
-
4
Grab a large pan and fill with water until boiling. Once the water is boiling place a used candle (in its original glass container) inside of the water and turn burner to 'Medium high'. After a couple minutes you will notice the old wax starting to melt.

5
Make sure you remove any old wicks from the melted wax before you empty this into your new candle holder.

While the wax is melting start preparing your empty, dry and clean candle holder. As you can see from this photo I added 3 wicks as they candle is a small but very round candle. I did this so the wax burns evenly through-out the candle.

Once the was is melted you will want to pour it into the new container. I recommend using pot holders to grab the hot glass out of the water. Once out pour IMMEDIATELY into the new container. You will notice your wick starting to bend so make sure you hold the wick with Popsicle sticks, toothpicks, anything to center the wick.
Now put a new used candle in the water and repeat.

By the time you are almost done your new layered candle should look like this!

Once you are complete it will take about 24 hours for your candle to fully set!
ENJOY!
