Ok soo you probably don't need a tute, but I did 1 anyway :) the first pic is the bracelet on, and the second is the bracelet unwrapped. Sorry about the lack of pics.

2 x Neon Ribbon enough to go around your wrist plus some

Ok soo you probably don't need a tute, but I did 1 anyway :) the first pic is the bracelet on, and the second is the bracelet unwrapped. Sorry about the lack of pics.

Instructions

1. just get two pieces of cool bright ribbon (one thicker)

2. -cut slits about an inch apart in the thicker ribbon -make sure the smaller ribbon can fit through the slits

3. weave the thinner ribbon through the slits in the thicker ribbon.

4. tie the bracelet around your wrist with a bow

5. Enjoy! :)
