When I first saw the gorgeous fish print of this fabric from Cloud 9 Fabrics, I knew it would look perfect as a tablecloth and give my dining room an seafood bistro feel.
When I first saw the gorgeous fish print of this fabric from Cloud 9 Fabrics, I knew it would look perfect as a tablecloth and give my dining room an seafood bistro feel.
Start by cutting the fabric to the size of your table, leaving enough so that it hangs nicely around the edges plus 1" on all side.
Fold the edge of the fabric over, on the wrong side, by 1/2" and score with a pair of scissors.
Then fold the fabric over by another 1/2" and score.
Fold the other edges in the same way and pin in place.
Start at one corner.
Carefully unfold the fabric.
Cut diagonally across the corner, where the first crease line from the first fold on either side crosses.
Fold the edge over by 1/4"
Fold over by another 1/4" and then fold up the left and right sides so that they meet neatly in the middle
Pin in place and repeat for the other corners.
Sew around the edges of the entire table cloth and remove the pins.
Iron and place on your table!
