Whisk together the flour, milk, egg, baking powder, salt and vegetable oil into a thick batter and scrape into a pouring jug.
Melt the butter in a small sauce pan and stir in the cinnamon and brown sugar until they dissolve. Pour into a piping bag.
Make the cream cheese glaze by melting together cream cheese and butter and then stirring in the vanilla extract and icing sugar.
Melt some butter in your frying pan and then pour a quarter of the batter in to your pan.
When the pancake begins to form, pipe a cinnamon swirl on top.
The pancake is ready to flip when air bubbles appear on top.
Flip your pancake and cook on the bottom until golden.
Serve with a drizzle of the cream cheese glaze.
