Description

For these you will need a packet of Shrinkies these can be bought at any craft shop or on EBay. They are available in a variety of colours including clear, black white and pastels.

Instructions

  1. Small 7391

Take your sheet of Shrinkies Draw on the rough side (if you would like your necklace to be on the shiny side draw your design backwards, otherwise it will be matt) your name or slogan, the font needs to be as large as possible (the plastic shrinks dramatically) with each letter connecting to the next. Alternatively you can make a stencil, I do this by using my computer printing off a font gluing the paper onto card and cutting it out.

  2. Small 7392

Once you are happy with the design cut ot out then using a hole punch carefully punch a hole at either end, this will make it easier to attach to a chain.

  3. Small 7393

Put your shrinkies in the oven following the instructions on the packet. If your design comes out of the oven with curled edges simply flatten it using a book or magazine whilst it is still warm.

  4. Small 7394

After you have left it to cool attach a jump ring to either end, or thread the chain straight through the holes Enjoy!!
