Bobby Pin White Nail Polish or whatever you want Nail Polish (to contrast) Clear Nail Polish

I kinda love this tutorial and almost everything from the beauty department. Check it out.

Instructions

1. 

   First, make a full coat of white. Let it dry.

2. 

   Put some tape to section off diagonally.

3. 

   Paint the free-tape nail using your contrast polish.

4. 

   Let it dry and remove the tape.

5. 

   Dip the rubber part of your bobby pin (you can use a dotting tool if you have it). That's all :D What do you think?
