Nacho Bake

omg--now i wish i hadnt made normal nachos last night with the last of my nacho ingredients!!!! :-s

Mmmm... For a super quick version of the same I have ground beef (fried and with spices) in the freezer and grated cheese in the fridge. Put nacho chips on a plate, sprinkle the frozen ground beef, salsa and cheese over - two minutes in the microwave oven (use the grill function) and you are done. Not as good as the real thing, but you have a good dinner in literally THREE minutes!

I definately made this recipe this weekend and it was AMAZING!!! I would have taken pictures and posted them, but I was too hungry XD

^^ hehe... thats the recipe my boyfriend use for years..Its one of his favourite meals. I totally love it but you getting very thirsty everytime you eat this and I don`t wanna talk about the things that happens to your bowel*lol*
